My experience test driving and choosing the car I wanted was great. My salesman Bob had the car pulled up and ready for me. Bob was down to earth and easy to talk to. The car was exactly what I wanted (23 was great. My salesman Bob had the car pulled up and ready for me. Bob was down to earth and easy to talk to. The car was exactly what I wanted (23 Subaru Crosstrek with low mileage) with minor hail damage. I asked for a reduction based on the dings and Bob went to his sales manager and got me exactly the price I wanted. That was the good part. Then you go into the Finance manager, Jesse Klein. Bear in mind I am paying cash, no financing. Here comes the high pressure. He pressured me on 4 different service contracts. I said no 4 times. No means no. He persisted. It was uncomfortable. Now I am a New Jersey girl. You can't push me around. But he did waste 25 minutes of my time explaining the service contract, Portfolio Protection, which I declined. He tried lowering the price, still no. He made it sound wonderful and easy to get repairs done. I checked the Consumer Affairs website Portfolio Protection gets a rating of 1.4 out of 5. Portfolio has terrible customer service based on reviews. Can't we lose these high pressure sales tactics and honor your customer's wishes? More

Beyond expectations I had planned to replace in a year both my CR-V and Jeep Wrangler. My past experience with the Honda Accord and the CR-V sales and service has built I had planned to replace in a year both my CR-V and Jeep Wrangler. My past experience with the Honda Accord and the CR-V sales and service has built a loyalty with MarkleyMotors. I met Bob Winkler and knew he was the right sales representative for me. When he offered to take both my CR-V and Jeep in trade for my 2019 Ridgeline I opted to not wait. And as a Military Veteran I appreciate my service being recognized. More
