I visited the dealership to test drive the one vehicle that best suited me. Chris was the salesman that was assigned to us. Chris was very good to work with, he had a great personality, and made the whole process smooth. We felt very comfortable working with him. To finalize the paperwork, JD took over. Normally for us, this is the most stressful part of purchasing a new vehicle, but JD made this process as well very smooth. JD understood that we did not want to finance the vehicle, and add-ons were not within our budget. JD also made us feel very comfortable and we never felt intimidated to do anything that we were not prepared to do, and he as well had a very likable personality. We have not completed the purchase payment or taken delivery of he vehicle at this time, but if all of that goes as well, and their service department is as good, then we will remain customers of Westboro Toyota. More
