Johnny helped me out with my first test drive at the beginning of my search, Sam helped me when I popped back in with a couple of quick questions about the vehicle, Abigail was big help when I checked back in to see if North Point would beat a lower price that I had received from another dealership, and when I came in to work on a couple of final issues, Eric gave me an honest assessment of my options and I walked away confident that I had made the best possible deal. Robert did an excellent job of bringing the deal across the goal line, and then went above and beyond in addressing a couple of minor issues with the vehicle after I signed the paperwork. The entire North Point team made this a great buying experience. More

Robert Via and Joe Ayers thank you for such a great job getting us in our Ford Raptor! While getting our 2016 Challenger R/T serviced, we walked through the parking lot to browse the new lineup. That's when we noticed a used 2011 Ford Raptor SVT with low miles. Robert then walked up and asked if he could help us. Without being pressured to buy or come inside, he brought the truck out for a better look, and the car fax. After a short drive and ABSOLUTELY no pressure into buying he answered every question we had, and researched those he couldn't. Top notch salesman. We then left the dealership when our car was finished, halfway home we called to make an offer on the Raptor. Monday afternoon I stopped by to place a down payment on the truck, that's when I met Joe. He finished the sale of this truck due to Robert going on vacation. Joe is an outstanding gentleman who will go out of his way to help you with any questions and information about your purchase. They made our family feel so welcome, and went out of their way to make us feel great about our new purchase!
