Rob Johanas and Aliecia DeAngelis were also extremely helpful. Rob Verdaguer was also very patient and helpful. Not a normal thing when dealing with finance stuff. We've bought so many cars during our 49 years of marriage. This experience stands out as one of our favorites. Nothing I've said reflects our deal. It is totally because of your staff. The deal was fine. We had to get out of a bad lease. So we were prepared, but it was still more than we hoped to pay each month. The help from your staff took some of the sting out. No where else would've been any better and I firmly believe we were in good hands at your dealership. Entirely pleasant experience. I hope to not need to look at cars for awhile.
