There are no extra fees tacked on at the end and the customer service is more than adequate. The vehicle i purchased, a 2014 Ford Fusion, meets all expectations and i am enjoying my new car. A good experience with friendly, knowledgeable people. Robert Tarnowski was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my requests and answered my questions. He explained differences in vehicles and the Robert Tarnowski was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my requests and answered my questions. He explained differences in vehicles and the options available. When I picked up the vehicle, he spent almost an hour explaining the vehicle's operation. Since I am new to all the modern technology, he took the time to show me all the details. He offered to help me in the future if I needed it. Overall, I was very satisfied. I would recommend him to a friend. More
