Glad to be back I’ve been a customer of Sayville Ford for more than 28 years. After moving farther away I leased a vehicle from another dealership. I quickly realized I’ve been a customer of Sayville Ford for more than 28 years. After moving farther away I leased a vehicle from another dealership. I quickly realized the difference between dealerships. Sayville Fords professionalism and transparency is second to none. I am glad to be back as a happy customer and thrilled with my new Ford Edge . I went in for service and left with a new car! My car had a lot of miles (150k), I took it for service and had received a few emails about trading in my old car so I decided to check it out. Robert had a lot of patience and treated us with respect and understood our every need. We were there for awhile and Robert made sure and asked us a few times if we needed anything to drink. Actually more than one employee at Sayville Ford asked us if we needed a beverage. Robert is definitely the definition of a great salesman. Recent lease of 2019 Ford Escape My overall experience was good, but just a few things need mentioning. --The computer system in the dealership was down or not working properly bot My overall experience was good, but just a few things need mentioning. --The computer system in the dealership was down or not working properly both days I was there. --My car came out of detailing needing to be sent back for touch ups. Still not entirely cleaned. A band aid in the wrapper was found on the floor, which leads me to believe the car was not completely vacuumed. The windshield wasn't totally clean either. --I was given the car with a less than half a tank of gas. I've been buying/leasing cars for a long time, and this is the first time I received a car with less than a full tank of gas. Spending a considerable amount of money, I think, would warrant a full tank of gas. In my opinion, this is a major negative. More

As goes the Town goes the Dealership I do not know who owns Sayville Ford but I do know the town and the people. I grew up immediately next door to Sayville as well as having lived in Say I do not know who owns Sayville Ford but I do know the town and the people. I grew up immediately next door to Sayville as well as having lived in Sayville for a decade or so. Savillians, as they sometimes call themselves, are proud of the Mayberry on the south shore that is their town. When Newsday decided to find "The friendliest town on Long Island" Sayville won hands down. The experience at Sayville Ford was friendly, informative and low pressure. Challenging the staff with questions, comparisons and a lot of back and forth doesn't rattle or annoy them or wear them down. More

My very first Brand New Car Robert Tarnowski was awesome. He went above and beyond to answer any and all questions that I had. This was my first car buying experience and I couldn’t have asked for a better, more honest, sales rep. My finance person was also great, albeit a (little pushy with the extended warranty) All told I am VERY happy with my purchase of my very first Brand New Car AND with Sayville Ford. PS: Be SUPER careful and check your paperwork before you leave. “The girl” who inputs everything into the computer put the wrong TOWN and ZIP on all of my paperwork!! I didn’t notice until a few days later. Other than that discrepancy which I contacted Robert Tarnowski about (he took care of fixing everything!) I am VERY HAPPY with my beautiful brand new 2019 Ford Fiesta SE More
