I was in the market for a 2-3 year old F-150. I went to a few dealers to check out a few different trucks and Sayville had the one that I really wanted and I'm glad they did. As soon as I walked in, their showroom was much nicer and everyone was very friendly. Just a much nicer atmosphere than the other dealers I visited. They also seemed to have a lot more inventory than the others too, which is definitely a plus. Anyway, I had the pleasure of working with Rob Tarnowski and he was very friendly and informative, answered all of my questions and wasn't the least bit pushy, which was super helpful in itself. Also, Tom L in the finance Dept was very quick, informative and was just a funny guy to talk to overall and helped get me into the truck I wanted at the price I was looking to pay. Overall, it was relatively painless and a much better experience than the last vehicle I purchased. At the end of the day, I got what I was looking to for my trade in and drove out of there in my beautiful new truck (with more options than the others I was looking at and for less money with even more of a warranty than if I bought one brand new from the other dealer I was at, which I almost did). I'm not the best at making decisions, but for once in my life, I walked into a dealer and left totally happy and feeling nothing but sure I made the right decision. Thanks again guys! More

It all started once I stepped foot into Newins Ford in Bayshore. From getting laughed at to mocked. Such a horrible feeling no one should have to experience. Yes, I’m only 21 years old and a car like this Bayshore. From getting laughed at to mocked. Such a horrible feeling no one should have to experience. Yes, I’m only 21 years old and a car like this is only a dream to most. Well my dream came true before I even stepped foot into Sayville Ford. There I met Rob Tarnowski at the front door. Such a gentleman he even opened the door for me and asked me very kindly what I was interested in. I replied “looking for a GT350 and Rob wasted no time. He pulled the car up front and it was love at first sight. I talked to Rob for some time and I felt like I belonged here in the first place and just connected with him, opposed to feeling uncomfortable and sadness at Newins Ford. I wasn’t judged or laughed at. I was treated like a customer and my needs were fulfilled. Rob was such a help in explaining how the car operated and all the cool features about it. Despite the mishap towards then end with the down payment “being short $150” I could not let that ruin my wonderful experience I had at Sayville Ford. Thank you to the managers who counted the money, but thanks to Rob who sped the process up from before I even walked into the dealership to now owning one of my dream cars at the age of 21.
