The car was a 1 year old CPO, they were happy to help even though they work in new car sales. The communication was vey prompt, Robert was always covering if john is not available at the same time John was answering the Email on his day off as well. Eric the business manager was not pushing as other would do in this point of the sale when you get pushed to buy more protection plans and other extras, he did his part explaining the benefits of everything very well with no extra pressure that buyers usually hate., I am a person that would never get anything the sales person is pushing too hard for. My overall experience was great, I would recommend this dealership to all my friends. More
