They are always courteous and helpful. JT will always explain what's being done. He helped me with Sunbit financing when I experienced a problem online with it. They don't call you back. It does not look like my tires were rotated after my oil change. I don't know if it top off your fluids or not. I've been waiting months to get My car fixed. 2 weeks ago. They said they were just waiting on a part and would call me. I've called them. They said they will talk to the person and he will call me back. Still nothing. I just bought this car. On the voicemail it says you can just come in to get a oil change and simple things done. That's not true. You cannot just come in and get a oil change. You have to make an appointment. They don't give me the special attention that I feel like I need as a customer, especially a new customer. At this point. I wish I never bought the vehicle from them. More

Gave 1 star as 0 stars wasn't a choice. Dropped our car off for a week and never was even looked at. We marked the bolts, that's how we know. Took it home and WE figured it out on our own w Dropped our car off for a week and never was even looked at. We marked the bolts, that's how we know. Took it home and WE figured it out on our own within 2 hours. WE won't be taking our vehicles back to either location now. Thanks for wasting our time and us using only 1 car for a week. 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend. More
