This is a man who doesn’t belong at his d There is one reason your service department is getting a 5-star review today. His name is Robert Quintana. This is a man who doesn’t belong at his desk. He should be in management! Why? Because Robert went out of his way to correct a difficult problem by working with several other departments. The result was not just a positive for the customer. It was also a positive for the dealership. This man showed creative thinking, smart communication skills and earned customer trust for himself and the dealership. He went the extra mile when others might have thrown their hands up and passed the difficulty elsewhere. He deserves more praise than can be communicated here. More

Excellent Follow Up Support Appointment promptly made to troubleshoot trailer hitch harness assembly on 2018 Honda Pilot. Technician found blown fuse on trailer harness sub-asse Appointment promptly made to troubleshoot trailer hitch harness assembly on 2018 Honda Pilot. Technician found blown fuse on trailer harness sub-assembly fuse panel located in storage well at back of vehicle (I had no idea there was a fuse panel there). Technician made a point to show me exactly where the fuse panel was located near the jack assembly in the back of the vehicle so that I could quickly replace the fuse in the future if necessary.
