Always great and friendly service I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Arrowhead Honda since I purchased a 2008 Pilot in 2007 and the service has always been top notch. The technicians at I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Arrowhead Honda since I purchased a 2008 Pilot in 2007 and the service has always been top notch. The technicians at Arrowhead Honda have not failed me or my car not once the job is always done right the first time. I’m sure that I can continue to trust my service advisor Robert Quintana and the technicians to help me take amazing care of my 2017 CRV just as they did with with 2008 Pilot and the 2013 Pilot after that! First time buyer (daughter) I appreciated that my daughter, who was a first time car buyer was paired with Markael, a new salesman. I heard this was his first sale. They both we I appreciated that my daughter, who was a first time car buyer was paired with Markael, a new salesman. I heard this was his first sale. They both were learning as we went along. Jeff was great at explaining things and Markael made my daughter feel less anxious. Thank you to Robert for recommending a great team for her first experience. Also a special thanks to John for not pressuring too much on the warranty packages. By this time she was starting to feel more anxiety; there are so many things thrown at you as additional purchases. Great job to all ! More

Honest Service Thought we needed brakes. Robert had them inspected and no work needed at this time. Could have sold a complete brake job, but did not. That is why he Thought we needed brakes.
