Excellent service on Monday My "service engine soon" light came on last Saturday, and I called Arrowhead Honda's Service Dept right away. I spoke with Robert and described the co My "service engine soon" light came on last Saturday, and I called Arrowhead Honda's Service Dept right away. I spoke with Robert and described the code that popped up - he said this is routine maintenance and offered me a coupon deal to take care of everything. I made an appointment with Robert for Monday morning -- a terrible time to go to get a car serviced, but I was going out of town on Tuesday and had to get it done. Robert greeted me at 7am and in one hour everything was done. However, he pointed out that my hoses looked worn and because they'd never been replaced, I might consider doing them. No pressure - he just showed me the technician's report. So I decided to get that taken care of, and that took about two hours. I was finished by about 10:15am and on my way. I was impressed with Robert's knowledge and helpfulness and very impressed that I could get this work done efficiently on a Monday morning! I'll definitely be back and highly recommend Arrowhead Honda's Service Department. More

Excellent, Efficient Service Brought in our 2014 Honda Accord to have a minor recall issue taken care of and to ask about the correct type of locking lug nuts. Robert was very professional, made sure we got the correct lug nuts to have installed, and let us know how long the repair would take. After a little bit, he let us know they found another issue the warranty would take care of as well as a couple preventive maintenance issues we weren't aware of. Robert was very informative and knowledgeable, and never pressured us to have the additional work done. It made sense for us to do it, so we agreed. Excellent, efficient service. Added bonus was the free car wash and comfortable lounge with big screen TVs, complimentary beverages and Wi-Fi. More
