We were very happy with Alan and felt he did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We were not satisfied with the condition of the vehicle we purchased when we first went to possible to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. He took the time to show us the vehicle inside and out, even though it was past his time to go home for the night. We did not feel rushed at all. GMC was my 5th and final dealership that I was going to for my last estimate. We were in need of a car with 3rd row seating. I sat down with Billy who understood my situation and our budget. He did everything he could so that his dealership would be the one I would leave a car with. He kept in very close contact with us and was available at all times with any questions we had.
