Super respectful, polite, kind. When my car broke down they had all hands on deck ready to fix it. When I asked for it to be done today (yesterday) instead of making the drive back When my car broke down they had all hands on deck ready to fix it. When I asked for it to be done today (yesterday) instead of making the drive back out they were on it. I do wish it was a quicker process than 3 hours due to kids at home and juggling different baby sitters from 2 hours away. I was told 15 minutes then half hour later it turned to 30 more minutes but besides the point, I got to drive home in my new car and that made my day. We were dealing with the car start to finish from 9:40-6:30. Every step of the way Karly, George, service team made us feel at “home”. Welcoming, kind, checked in on us several times which is big for us. Especially Karly, she jumped at every second of our day. She most certainly didn’t have to but did. When any new hurdle came she was there and ready. I’m incredibly thankful for the respect i received yesterday. Mohawk Chevy definitely earned our business for many years and I’ll be returning for my Tahoe in a few years. I hope Karly is there to see it! Truly can’t thank everyone enough for everything yesterday. More

The salesman and the managers were very patient and helpful. The tech was very knowledgeable and made sure the On Star connection was completed and the Infotainment System operating properly.
