Thank you for taking the time out of your day to provide us with your honest feedback. It means a lot to us and helps us in knowing how we are doing as a team in making each customer experience a positive one. We reflect on your insight to then use internally for coaching, counselling, and celebrating as we continue working hard to improve the level of service we deliver to our customers. After reading your comments, it was clear that Bobby did a great job, however we left you feeling we could have done more. Based on your review marks, we failed to deliver a transparent and timely sales process. I want to apologize for failing to do so. No excuses.
