There is nothing more satisfying than meeting a customer in a bad spot and being able to help them out of it. I've worked in almost every sales position from the floor, to the business development center as the Corporate BDC Director, managing and running the commercial department, sales manager, and Corporate Trainer for both the BDC and sales floor staff. First, some of the paperwork listed your full name of Francis and some listed the name Frank which caused some issues. Secondly, there was a delay in registering due to the long weekend. Also, you discovered some paint damage on yuor vehicle. Lastly, our internet was down when you came in to receive your inspections sticker.
