Rob sold me a vehicle some time ago. It was a used Nissan Rogue. I was told at the time that the vehicle was involved in one very minor accident and it was practically sitting still at the time . Now I am wanting to trade it in and was shocked to find that the previous owner in fact had 3 accidents before I was sold the car. One was three days after the first one and the airbag deployed. Dealerships are not very interested in my vehicle for trade with airbag deployment on its carfax, however this was never disclosed to me or on the carfax that was provided to me by Rob; otherwise I never would have purchased it at all and would not be in this dillema of being humiliated and told my vehicle is worth next to nothing in trade. After reaching out to Rob earlier this month he got in touch with me and sounded as though he wanted to help and indicated that he did nothing to deceive me and did not know of the other accidents. He requested the original carfax, which was given to me at the time of purchase. I sent it to him. He said he would get back to me the next day. He did not get back in touch though. I emailed a few more times and finally on 9/8/20 he responded that he would have his used car guy look into the carfax and he would get back to me "tomnorrow", that was 17 days ago. I have sent follow up emails to no avail. I contacted the dealership and this rude woman calls me yelling, not to post on the contact page for her sales people. I could hardly get a word in! The original purchase was not the best to begin with, but I had hoped for better business practices when approached with a problem issue such as this. I hope that others doing business there have better luck than I have had :( More
