Robert Madden, my client advisor, was very honest about the order timeline that was anticipated to take approximately a year. Fortunately for me, someone could not take delivery of their order and I was able to make the purchase earlier. Again, Otto’s did the transaction at MRSP and there were no surprise fees, charges, or hard sells for addition items. I really enjoyed working with Robert and Otto’s BMW and would highly recommend them to others looking for a new BMW. More
