The car we like, the dealer and service experience was horrible. I bought a used SQ5 a couple of weeks ago. Our sales rep was good but our finance guy was a bit pushy. When we refused to add any protectio horrible. I bought a used SQ5 a couple of weeks ago. Our sales rep was good but our finance guy was a bit pushy. When we refused to add any protection plans he got very defensive and then turned cold. Fast forward 2 weeks later and our MMI goes on the blink. I brought it to the dealership yesterday to utilize the 30 day/1000 mile guarantee I was given with the car only to be told no no, that was meant for powertrain only even after being told we were completely covered for that period. I would have to cover the full $4100 replacement for the MMI myself. No good faith we will help you out some or meet you I. The middle. We walked out the door and will never return to ANY Leith dealership. They do not care about their customer, they do not care about service they only care about the dollar. I have worked with shady side of the road used car dealers who were more honest. Stay away from Audi Cary. More

I found my Audi online and called immediately the next morning to inquire about a test drive and possibly purchasing the vehicle. Robert located the car quickly, had it detailed, and ready for a test drive by the time I arrived at the dealership. The purchasing experience was easy, relatively short and the best I have ever experienced. I absolutely love my car and see why they say that once you buy an Audi it is hard to go back to anything else. Robert made the entire process so simple. My wife and I just had a baby and did not want to spend an entire day at the dealership. Robert handled everything before we even got there. I bought a used Porsche off line and had it shipped to my home. Customer service was awesome. Car arrived and it looked better than in the pictures. My only complaint is the check engine light came on after home. Customer service was awesome. Car arrived and it looked better than in the pictures. My only complaint is the check engine light came on after 12 miles of driving and was not drive able until I had it fixed.no response back from the sales rep after I reached out to see if it had been worked on prior to my purchase. After the repair and a few hundred bucks it drives runs great. More
