This is my 3rd time buying a car from Heritage Honda of Westminster. The buying experience made me feel like Lori Kiser and I are family. This experience in particular the bank I set up to finance my car fell through and I have to say that Lori and her manager Robert worked with me through the entire process. Robert ensured I had enough money for the vehicle I wanted by increasing the value of my car even though it may not have been worth that amount. My mother, sister, girlfriend and I have all purchased vehicles from Lori and worked with this dealership and all have high praises to sing about the dealership. Buying a car can seem like a daunting task but when you have a good sales person on your side it makes things significantly easier. Yes, I will be back in a few years to purchase another vehicle and I hope that Lori is still around. I honestly love this dealership and the people that work there. I don't even think this review does the dealership justice. Thank you Heritage Honda of Westminster! More

I highly recommend Heritage Honda of Westminster. This is my third vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership. I made an out of state internet purchase. They listed the vehicle for sale but incorrectly described it. I purchased it based on that description and had it shipped to me at my expense. When it arrived I was shocked to see it was not the vehicle they had described. They admitted the mistake and then refused to take any responsibility for it. They sell cars for a living. Listing them correctly is so fundamental to their job that I never thought to question it. Now, I have a vehicle I don't like and never would have purchased. And I'm out an additional thousands of dollars for shipping and licensing fees and sales tax... All of it due to their incompetence. But they hide behind the small print in their contract that says they aren't liable for anything. Yes, that is in their contract. No way are they going to pay for their mistake... Let the customer do that. I'm seeking legal advice to see if I can make them act responsibly and fix it... As a decent company would do without question. The GM refused to help in a meaningful way... They offered to take the vehicle back if I paid to have it shipped back! I'd be out even more money if I was stupid enough to do that. The salesman told me how hard he was working for me during the sale but never checked out the vehicle to make sure their description was correct. It was not a good experience. We all make mistakes. But good people don't expect others to suffer the consequences of their screw ups. This company made the choice to do exactly that. More
