Robert was awesome. This by far wS the best service I have seen. I called Robert and told him my 2017 Explorer hood had bubbling paint on it, he asked me the year and milage. And said he would call me b have seen. I called Robert and told him my 2017 Explorer hood had bubbling paint on it, he asked me the year and milage. And said he would call me back in ten minutes. He called in 8 minutes and said to bring it in on Monday for a hood replacement and he needed the car for 2 days. He call on Tuesday at 10 am and said it was done. And the paint matches perfectly. Awesome job. More

Factory Recall Service/Works Oil Change Scheduled appointment to get oil change,tire rotation and have a factory recall done on the block heater,I understood all this work (mostly the block Scheduled appointment to get oil change,tire rotation and have a factory recall done on the block heater,I understood all this work (mostly the block heater could take up to a full day to get done ,dropped the f-150 off at 6:45 am and to my surprise I received a call at 11:30 that all the work including the recall on the block heater was all completed, Great customer service!! Robert and the whole service department up at Menominee Fall are excellent,I've always believed that anyone can sell a vehicle but if you can't back it up with parts and good service then its time to move on but again Gordie Boucher showed why they are #1, great salespeople,excellent service department and customer friendly. More
