They have always worked me in if something came up and I had a serious time deadline. Also really have appreciated the shuttle service. More

It wasn't made clear to me that the 'check engine' diagnostic called for leaving the vehicle there for the day. When the Service Manager was told I needed to wait for the car, he helped to make sure t diagnostic called for leaving the vehicle there for the day. Spent 7500 dollars in getting my truck up and running and it was returned to me with my driver side mirror hanging on the side of the truck. Proceeded to ask Robert for pre inspection pictures and the mirror it was returned to me with my driver side mirror hanging on the side of the truck. Proceeded to ask Robert for pre inspection pictures and the mirror was attached when I dropped it off. But since it was “previously” broken they wouldn’t help me. Best they could do was 300 dollars on a used mirror. My question is if someone brought in a vehicle with a minor crack in the windshield and they returned it completely shattered would they still use the excuse that it was previously broken? More
