Completely satisfied I went there to get my car serviced and inspected. I was in and out in about 30 to 40 minutes. This is our third car that we've gotten at Star Nissan. Horrible and don't listen Came on for an evaluation of my car after it had been in an accident because the original auto body I brought it to didn't complete some of the repair Came on for an evaluation of my car after it had been in an accident because the original auto body I brought it to didn't complete some of the repairs. I explained exactly what I needed several times to several different people and nothing was check out other than pointing out what I already told them was wrong! I even gave my insurance estimate to have compared to the repairs and was told it can be done.. I walked out with nothing documented other than what I mentioned was wrong and I was still charged $141 for nothing! And then I was told AFTER what I needed was a body shop and you don't handle body work! Waste of my time and money.. I will never come back to this service center! No one knows what there doing and after explaining something more than once you still wanted my time and money! More
