The day prior to purchasing my car, I spent an entire day searching for a vehicle with no luck. I called Regal the next morning regarding a Highlander they had on their lot and told them about my stressful experience trying to find this vehicle. Dominique sent me to Shane who I spoke with on and off all day. Shane went out to the car and sent me updated pictures of the inside and outside of the car and did a complete walk around of the car for me. I told him I wanted his honest, non sales rep opinion and he did not disappoint. I live 2 and a half hours away and they made sure the drive was worth my time. When I got there, Shane had it completely detailed and out front for me to test drive and look at myself. I loved it immediately and went in to sign the papers with James. James was informative and fun to work with. After everything was signed, Shane had it ready with a full tank of gas. I could not be more pleased with the service they provided.
