I had an outstanding "buying" experience with Rob Hill at Woody Buick/GMC in Gurnee. Even though I ended up not buying a vehicle from Rob, he went above and beyond in trying to find me the right vehicle. at Woody Buick/GMC in Gurnee. I'm recommending Woody Buick GMC of Gurnee because they actually made buying a new car enjoyable! I'd had my old car for 11 years. It was a good car that served me well. However, it was time to move on because that car wasn't as reliable as it used to be. The salesperson who helped me (Rob Hill) was extremely attentive and patient when listening to my "must have" list, searching for a match, and allowing me time to finally make that choice. In the end, I'm a very satisfied customer! Thank you, Rob, and all the Woody staff who assisted in closing this deal. One more thing... I had my old car serviced at Woody's since the dealership opened. I recommend their serve department, too! Thank you all! More

I stopped by on a Saturday to look at a new 2025 Yukon and had the pleasure of meeting Rob H. He showed me all of the features of the vehicle, answered questions, was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure at all. After a test drive and learning more about the vehicle I knew it was a perfect fit! The process of price negotiation, trade-in appraisal, payment and pickup was a breeze! This has been the best vehicle purchase I've ever had! It was truly a pleasure working with them.
