Drove from Worcester, MA for a 2017 Nissan Maxima SL. This was the smoothest experience I've ever had purchasing a car. I'm usually very skeptical when it comes to purchasing from big dealerships but Rob This was the smoothest experience I've ever had purchasing a car. I'm usually very skeptical when it comes to purchasing from big dealerships but Rob & Richard were very upfront & honest with pricing from the very beginning. They never tried to throw in any hidden fees & even went as far as knocking off a couple hundred after dropping the price 2k. I would recommend this dealership to EVERY & ANYone looking to purchase a vehicle without feeling like you got played. I'm VERY satisfied with my purchase & would come back if I ever needed to purchase another vehicle. Excellent service! More

When I visited Werner Mazda, I was greeted by Rob Harding. He listened to what I wanted and spent a great deal of time providing me with information about this model as well as some of the other Mazda models in order to make sure that received the car with the options I Wanted. Rob was professional and helpful through the complete process. To complete the buying process and close the purchase Jay Tabucco was also very helpful and professional. More
