My experience with Dodge of Burnsville was not good. My mistake was in believing two individuals were honest and forthright. If you think of buying a car from this company, make sure they let you take My mistake was in believing two individuals were honest and forthright. If you think of buying a car from this company, make sure they let you take it to your own mechanic. I do not feel the mechanics at the dealership know what they're doing. Just one example was when they changed the oil and they didn't know how to reset the oil life expectancy gage. Be very careful about dealing with the people here. When a person buys a $40,000 car one expects the oil to be clean, and obtain two key fobs. More

This was my second vehicle that I bought from Dodge of Burnsville. I'd have to say they are one of the best dealers in town! From the Rob my sales person to Bob in finance. I rate this dealer as a number Burnsville. I'd have to say they are one of the best dealers in town! From the Rob my sales person to Bob in finance. I rate this dealer as a number one service! Rob Hannah is the best salesman I've ever had! Even after the sale, he has called me several times to check to see if everything is ok and even assisted me with getting my running boards installed.
