As pleasant and stress free as possible I had to take our car in without an appointment, because over the weekend a tire/wheel started making a thumping noise and we could not figure out wha I had to take our car in without an appointment, because over the weekend a tire/wheel started making a thumping noise and we could not figure out what it was. I worried that it was some serious wheel or drive issue. I brought it in early, hoping to get this taken care of, and Ferman did not let us down. Not only did Robert Guinn, Service Advisor, make the experience comfortable from the time I discussed the issue with him, he also reminded me that I needed a 15k service. It turned out we had construction debris stuck in our tire, and fortunately they were able to repair the tire with no additional issues. I had expected to do the 15k service next Spring anyway, so the added cost was not a complete surprise. In the end, the car is now running great, and I'd like to thank Robert and Ferman for making this experience as pleasant and stress free as possible. More

While I waited to be checked in Mr Guinn dealt with a customer whose wait/car needed option had been incorrectly recorded. Mr Guinn quickly arranged for a car and had that customer on his way. I was impressed by the speed Mr Guinn resolved the problem and how he did not try to "blame' someone else. He understood the issue and just fixed it. When my turn came he was nothing but polite , attentive and effective. Several Gold Stars to Mr Guinn. More
