Purchased a used car & less than 60 days it needs a new battery. I call to get an appointment, drop off car at 8:30 & they say we will call/text. I Uber to work, get a text at 4:30 it needs new battery. Price seemed slightly high, but I tell them if you can get it done today go ahead. I’m told it was a special order item. I asked if oil change was done, after 45 minutes they come back and said no. Needed different filter? I asked them to call me, asked if I could come pick up wad told yes but service closes at 6. I will put out front. Arrive & car won’t start, had my son come give me a jump. Took to another place yet that evening & got battery & oil change? Never will spend another dime here! More
