Just a good experience I saw the car of my dreams on a Saturday night in the lot of Joe Heidt. First thing Monday morning I called and asked to speak with a sales person... First thing Monday morning I called and asked to speak with a sales person...I was connected with Juan and two hours later the car was mine. Juan was as professional as one could ask for. Courteous, knowledgeable and real....I enjoyed buying a car from him very much......................Then Robert worked his magic on my trade in and I walked away from Joe Heidt a very happy customer. (and Robert was the reason I was there in the first place). I had stopped in one night at closing time and Robert greeted me and just seemed like the kind of guy I could trust, so when the time came to be a serious buyer I sought out his dealership as opposed to the 10 other VW I could have gone too.
