Robert Garcia and sales were amazing. However, service was a horrible experience. The day after I purchased my new car, I noticed that the steering as slightly off. I immediately call However, service was a horrible experience. The day after I purchased my new car, I noticed that the steering as slightly off. I immediately called for a warranty appointment. It took over a week to get an appointment, which was ok because the car was drivable. Despite requesting a loaner car, upon arrival, was told that they did not have any but I was on a to be “first called when one arrived” list. I would then leave my car for service. After almost three weeks, no phone call. I then made a new appointment. When I showed up, again no loaner cars. The standard response from sales and service both times was “I am very sorry but that is not my department.” Again, my name was put on a handwritten list to be “first called”. Currently no call. The courtesy transportation desk told me that they do not have loaner cars but use Enterprise Rent A Car. Service should either acquire service loan vehicles or tell customers when they buy a brand new car and warranty that they are on their own for transportation. Either that, or the car should not break with a week of purchase. More

I’m 100% completely satisfied with the quality delivery and service I received from Williamson Cadillac Buick GMC. My salesperson, Ron Peoples, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and and service I received from Williamson Cadillac Buick GMC. My salesperson, Ron Peoples, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and quite attentive. My experience in F&I with Jermaine Chambers was also terrific. Jermaine walked me through all aspects of the closing. He even sold me on the numerous attributes of a 10 year/15K mile VSC, which I purchased at closing. My Service Advisor, Carmen Alicea was also outstanding. She was a pleasure to deal with and truly delivered a great experience. She got me in and out quickly and followed-up to ensure my complete satisfaction. Simply put, Carmen, Jermaine and Ron and the rest of the Williamson Team are simply the best!! More

New SUV purchased, taken in for damages on tailgate roof, peeling paint on both rear doors interior bottom and non functioning navigation. Service writer Yair Garrido, Sales person Robert Garcia, and GM Benny Ledesma all aware of the matter and cared not to have the vehicle properly repaired. I have taken the liberty to escalate the issue with GM Cadillac Customer Care. More

He took his time to explain all of the features of my new car. Even offered me a courtesy ride to the dealership, the day I bought the car, because I didn’t have a ride. The financial officer, Mr. Cesar Rojas, was also very helpful, knowledgeable. Explaining all of the details of the purchase & warranties. I was very impressed with the excellent professional, customer service that I received at Williamson Cadillac. So much so, that I referred a friend the next day. She fell in love with my car, and is in the process of buying an upgraded GMC, from Mr. Robert García. a win -win! For all! More
