Be careful with the tactics used at this dealer. Sales manager offered me one thing and then changed the offer twice while I was with the finance manager finishing the paperwork. Sales manag Sales manager offered me one thing and then changed the offer twice while I was with the finance manager finishing the paperwork. Sales manager claimed that the GM refused the offer they gave me because they were going to lose money, twice. When I asked to speak to the GM, the sales manager and finance manager said I could not talk to them. We had first agreed on 15.5 with them replacing the tires. Then we agreed on 14.5 with me replacing the tires At the end of it all I had to pay 16 and replace the tires myself. The only reason I took the deal was because the wife was in love with the vehicle. If not, I would have told them to have driven it where the sun don't shine! Still waiting for the GM to call me back days later... More
