BLOWN AWAY! I was BLOWN AWAY! This was my first service at a new dealership. I'd never owned an Audi before, and I was a little intimidated. I was greeted in the I was BLOWN AWAY! This was my first service at a new dealership. I'd never owned an Audi before, and I was a little intimidated. I was greeted in the drop off area, and directed to Mark Steponaitis in the service department. Mark was EXTREMELY helpful, and couldn't have been more pleasant on a Monday morning. I had a software update that I hadn't scheduled and he said it would be no problem to take care of it, while the 15,000 mile service was being performed. Mark directed me to the waiting area, and offered me a breakfast sandwich while I waited. I said no thank you, and he said there were cold beverages in the refrigerator, a Starbucks coffee station and granola bars for my convenience, just help myself. At first, I thought, maybe he's just being nice to me, because I'm new here. But, Mark treated everyone he waited on, like they were the most important person at that moment. While I was waiting, everyone I came into contact with was friendly and courteous...Salesmen and ladies, technicians, managers...everyone. Raquel Blonshine, who sold me my car, came by and said hello, and asked if I needed anything. Also, if I needed privacy for a personal call, there was a "privacy room" down the hall for customer use. Robert Duncan asked if I needed anything and if I'd like a coffee or anything. It's nice to feel welcome. About an hour and a half went by and Mark came by and said it was only going to be a few more minutes, they were washing my car. I just thought they were going to run it through one of the local car washes, but I looked and they were "hand washing" and vacuuming my car. Mark had me sign my receipt and I was on my way. This may seem like a normal visit to a lot of people, but to me, the service was AMAZING! I've told at least a dozen people about this experience. All I can say is "THANK YOU"...I really do appreciate that and I'm not sure if I'll ever get used to that level of service! But please, don't stop. Very Enjoyable Experience!! I went to Hoffman just looking to test drive an A4 and Q3. I hadn't purchased a car in over 11 years and wasn't sure how the experience would go. Clin I went to Hoffman just looking to test drive an A4 and Q3. I hadn't purchased a car in over 11 years and wasn't sure how the experience would go. Clint was incredibly helpful explaining all of the features of the A4 and Q3 and even let me drive the Q3 home to show the family. In the end, I fell in love with the Q3 and had a fantastic experience with Hoffman. No regrets whatsoever!!!!! More

Not driven by Trust and Sales team does not communicate well I purchased a uses Lexus. My first contact during the inquiry on the car was vey good (typical for Salesman) and at that time I would Bob Cope. Afte I purchased a uses Lexus. My first contact during the inquiry on the car was vey good (typical for Salesman) and at that time I would Bob Cope. After the deal was made the car needed to have some work done to it. From that time on till the end when I purchased the car my experience was absolutely the worst except for my interaction with Clint. 1) My emails and calls to Bob and Robert were not answered in a timely manner 2) The business manager Robert Duncan was rude and does not know how to communicate to customers. 3) The general manager was also rude. 4) For roughly $300.00 guys, you got this review. I hope it was worth it for you... In the end had I not wanted the car because it was what I wanted and had it not been for Clint who helped to keep things in control, the rating on this site would have been much much worse. I do not feel as though I was treat with trust, I would not recommend this branch to any of my friends and I would strongly recommend not doing business with these clowns. On the flip side, I had to have the work on my Lexus done by Hoffman Lexus. My experience there was top notch. They service rep (Monica Pelletier) was very professional, honest and treated me with respect. I would definitely do more business with Hoffman Lexus. More

Chris helped me zero in on the exact car that I wanted, and offered exceptional insight and helpfulness when teaching me Q5 controls. I walked away from the showroom, feeling confident that I understood how to use my new SUV. Bob Cope helped Chris out when he was away for training in Saddle Ridge, NJ. That is team playing. The sales associate understood our requirement for driver safety technology, and even used her own automobile to demonstrate some features not present in the test drive vehicle. The closing /business side of the sale was also handled with complete transparency. Post sale, the sales associate followed through with a phone call to my home the next day to inquire if I had any problems.or questions that she could answer. The focus on customer satisfaction throughout the sales process was outstanding. More

Amazing customer service! Hoffman Audi of New London - I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a poten Hoffman Audi of New London - I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential "Keeper" for me. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 45 minutes away. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with Clint who informed me that it in fact was still available. I said I'd like to come on in and check it out, and he said, "Great. It'll be up front and ready for you when you get here." I can't say enough about Clint, Joe, Bob and Robert. These guys where outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like this guys been my buddy for years. And trust me, I'm a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. The guys went above and beyond when I had questions about about the car, leasing info etc... Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless.
