I had a great experience at millennium Honda. I went in with an issue with my cars radio/display. After diagnostics they were able to locate the issue and replace a defective battery. He took the time to explain everything to me when I arrived to pickup my car. He was very informative and friendly and just while waiting in line you can tell he really took his time to give attention to every customer. Great customer service by him and honestly the whole team. Everyone was great! More

I received a recall notice on my new Honda Accord hybrid for a repair it said would take 15 minutes. I called the service department asking when I should bring the car in. They said I could bring it in the for a repair it said would take 15 minutes. I called the service department asking when I should bring the car in. They said I could bring it in the next mornining, Saturday, at 8:30. I was there at 8:30 as instructed and asked if I could wait for the car and they said yes, it would be ready by 10 o’clock. Starting at 10 o’clock when the car wasn’t ready, I checked every 15 minutes for an update and each time I was told the car would be ready in about 15 minutes. The car was finally ready at 11. To the credit of the person who had checked me in, he seemed visibly upset as 1030 rolled around to 1045 and finally the car came at 11 o’clock. When I asked him why it took so long, he said Saturday was the busiest day. So why was I told to bring it in on Saturday and how could they so badly underestimate when the car would be ready for a simple 15 minute computer update. I am not pleased with the service I got. More

Worst customer service ever. The guy said it took 2-3 hours, however no one provided any updates after 5 hours. I had to call and hold for 25 minutes to speak with someone. He promised to have someone start the work first thing next morning(7 am). He finally called back about 3 hours later. He can’t keep his promise, they do not care about their customers. More

My car has been in service for almost 2 months. I got it back one evening and had to bring it back in the next morning. As this falls within the NY Lemon Laws, I would expect to be contacted by Honda Corporate with an offer to repurchase the car. More
