Commendable service in a tight situation. Exceeded my expectations and truly embodied the pillars and standards upheld at Millennium Honda in Hempstead, New York. I will speak highly of my experience to those closest to me. No communication whatsoever. Tuesday dropped off the car for brake issue was today car would be ready same day. No communication I called at 4:00 was told mechanic needed t Tuesday dropped off the car for brake issue was today car would be ready same day. No communication I called at 4:00 was told mechanic needed time. I am guessing they never looked at it. Wednesday - NO communication. I called at 4:00 was told my representative Robert was off NO one could help me. Day three - Thursday - NO communication I called at 4:00 My representative said My mechanic was off. Day 4 - Friday my husband called. Brakes being done. Robert called later to pick up the car Friday I had NO ride there. I said I would be in Saturday at 7 AM Day 5 - Saturday - went to pick up the car Robert said the mechanic wasn’t in yet to confirm brake noise and sensor was fixed. I paid and left will never return More
