I called the Parts Dept and was placed on hold over 5 mins with no answer. Then when they did answer I requested to inquire about a part. He asked if it was for a Honda then just transferred me to "Cashi mins with no answer. Then when they did answer I requested to inquire about a part. He asked if it was for a Honda then just transferred me to "Cashier 1" voicemail. The customer service is not good at all. I then went on to chat and "Allison" simply responded to contact parts directly which I did before and did not even seem to care to address my issue and try to resolve. Very unprofessional on both ends. I am just going to take my business elsewhere. More

I have used Rick Case Honda Davie for years as I own 2 Honda Odyssey minivans. Today I took one minivan to be repaired for a faulty fuel pump leaking. The technicians and service rep were very good. Th Honda Odyssey minivans. Today I took one minivan to be repaired for a faulty fuel pump leaking. The technicians and service rep were very good. The part manager however was unable to beat or match the same part with free shipping off the internet HondaPartsnow.com. They offer the same part, same warranty , and free shipping. I understand the dealership is there to make money but the parts department had marked up this part 147%. Price offered from Honda was $241.78. Rick Case same part was $359.42 on my invoice. That's a 47% markup???? Also Honda's full retail price is 344.42. So again Rick Case was ABOVE RETAIL PRICE???? When asked Mr. Button about this he was able to mark the price down a bit but said "I can not match that price or come close. You should buy from the internet." That was it. I paid my bill and left and will no longer use this service center because of non competitive part pricing alone. All other departments were very good, especially Jose Alamo in customer service. More
