I think what happened was they were being overly generous because of the amount of time I had spent with Subaru in the first appointment and for some reason decided to take everything black-and-white the second time. my husband and I have both been leasing Subarus for over 10 years. That’s two cars every three years and I think initially they were going to give me a break because of it and decided not to. More
