Everyone was nice. We were shopping for an EV here. Sales guy Robel helped us. He did let us test drive the Ariya and showed us the new Murano as well. Robel gave us his business card & told him we were still shopping. Seen 5 other dealership after talking with Robel at Findlay Nissan. Two days later, i & my husband went back to Findlay Nissan to see what Robel could offer us. Robel & his boss were nice & easy to deal with. Robel gave us the numbers we would like to see. Very good APR compare to the other dealership I & my husband went to. We went home with the Ariya. We'd definitely recommend Robel & Findlay Nissan to our family & friends. Everything went well except for the amount of time waiting for the car to be actually delivered and the lack of response from the salesman and used car manager not responding to our request for copies waiting for the car to be actually delivered and the lack of response from the salesman and used car manager not responding to our request for copies of the purchased cars maintenance records.
