I ended up taking my car to Brandon Volkswagen, and it is still in the shop right now getting fixed. Very disappointing that the dealership that is basically right across from the street from my house couldn’t fix these issues for me in a timely manner. More

Tomi, the Service Director, sets the tone. He is compassionate, caring, and always goes above and beyond to support his customers. No matter the situation, I know he’ll do everything in his power to make things right. I also want to recognize Michael Swartz and Asian Craven—two of the best service advisors I’ve ever worked with. They make me feel genuinely valued and cared for every time I visit, whether it’s for service or just stopping by the dealership. They always treat me like more than just a customer.
