The technicians always do an excellent job with my Passat! One word of advice, though. You may want to reconsider playing country music in the waiting area, it is rather obnoxious. It was unpleasant to have to listen to it for almost three hours while I waited for my service to be completed. Overall, I am very happy with Clay Cooley at Park Cities!
