Dear Debra, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the 2003 Jeep. However, we’d like to clarify a few important points regarding this transaction. Frankman Motor Company was not the seller of the vehicle. The Jeep was purchased at an independent auction, where we have no direct involvement in the sale. There is no purchase order, no sale documents, and no money exchanged between Frankman Motor Company and the buyer. As the court ruling clearly affirmed, we did not sell the vehicle to you. Regarding your mention of a "loophole," we want to stress that there is no loophole in this situation—this is simply how the auction process works. Vehicles sold at auction are sold “as is,” with the buyer assuming responsibility for inspecting the vehicle and understanding its condition before purchase. Auctions are independent entities, and the transaction happens between the auction and the buyer, not between Frankman Motor Company and the winner of the auction sale.
