This service department was a nightmare from start to finish. They were rude and incompetent and I had to pay a lot of unnecessary money due to this. They ruined my exhaust with their poor decisions and finish. They were rude and incompetent and I had to pay a lot of unnecessary money due to this. Robby and the service team were very responsive to what my problems were to ensure the power steering and automatic windshield wipers was fixed as other dealerships weren’t as responsive to fix the problem my problems were to ensure the power steering and automatic windshield wipers was fixed as other dealerships weren’t as responsive to fix the problems. They bent over backwards to get my 2025 Chrysler Pacifica fixed as I was from Utah was stranded in Cincinnati without it to get back home. More
