Very very deceitful sales department; manager included. DO NOT GO TO DENI as your sales advisor!!!!!! Totally DID NOT disclose true condition of car. Save yourself the trouble and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I put down 4,000 plus paid 3 months in advance only to still be paying out on repairs not even TWO months after purchasing the car. Smh. Learn how to have integrity and honesty before you sell a car. THIS LOCATION HAS COMPLETELY RUINED THE JIM ELLIS BRAND. More

Best dealership in Atlanta! I've been a customer for 17 years and have always received the best sales, service and financing! Robby is the best sales professional and really understands the customer and t years and have always received the best sales, service and financing! Robby is the best sales professional and really understands the customer and their needs. Torre is fantastic and is extremely patient and spends time listening to what you are asking. Karl is excellent in Finance and a true professional with handling delicate information. If you haven't met these guys yet, you should stop by and say hello. its worth the trip. I guarantee you will feel a part of the family as I always have for the last 17 years. BTW on my recent visit, I bought 2 cars in 1 day! The rudest dealership in town. I purchased a used Cadillac six months ago worn to have a oil change with Cadillac you won’t believe the problems I have. Ellis guys are constantly calling I guess to sell more cars. Anyway went to discuss with them the manny problems. They wouldn’t listens to anything every disrespectful to the customer. I didn’t get to ask for anything. The used car manager tried to lecture me. I simply walked out. I one an IT company if I treated customers like that I’d be out of business. They told me when I purchased to car to bring problems to them. More

I met Paul for the first time and he was very helpful when I had additional questions pertaining to my service. He personally showed me how to use some of the features on my GTI.
