I was involved in a car accident. I was at the dealership to get an estimate of the damage. When Ron Callahan came out to do the paperwork the first thing he asked was whether or not I had been i dealership to get an estimate of the damage. I needed a dent in the door of my Rav4 repaired. Rob gave me two options and explained each one. He was able to do the repair the same day and kept me informed of the status while I waited.
