They did not perform all the work I asked them to do. 1. Ask them to do a tune up, fix sqeaking belt, put in heater seats, and tranny tune up. While truck was in there for replacement of the rear-end, I Asked them to do body work on passenger side while truck, they did do a mostly good job , there is a spot they missed on my door that looks like a hard rubbing spot. I live a ways away from healdsburg so I have to burn a days work to get my truck there and pick up. So I was very disappointed in their service. Now I am waiting for them to call me when they have all the parts for heated seats, 2 weeks later still nothing from them to bring in my truck so they can finish. Also after picking up my truck next I learned my Bumber sensors aren't even working anymore, so I called them to tell almost 3 weeks and they never even called me back about it. Now I don't even want them to finish work they are not trustworthy. In my opinion All this after they had my truck about a month or a little more. More

My 2024 Sierra 2500HD's trailer brake controller was not playing nice with my trailer's solar setup. This was a safety issue and, although it is a problem known to GM, I had read that some dealerships were playing nice with my trailer's solar setup. This was a safety issue and, although it is a problem known to GM, I had read that some dealerships were making it difficult get the controller module replaced under warranty. Not Silviera! Robb was aware of the tech bulletin on the issue, was able to get the part ordered within a couple of days and set me up with an appointment within the week. I was provided a loaner vehicle and the issue was resolved in one day. First class service. More
