Rob did not care about me at all, he was more worried about bragging about how many cars he can sell in a month then actually listening to my needs or telling me about the car I was interested in. I was about bragging about how many cars he can sell in a month then actually listening to my needs or telling me about the car I was interested in. I was handed keys from somebody else and told to go find it on the lot while Rob helped out another customer. I had to wait over an hour and a half before I actually even spoke to Rob about the vehicle but I couldn't take it for a test drive while I waited because Rob needed to get my license. I understand being busy but that was just plain rude. He did not go over any of the features of the vehicle and just expected me to kind of figure everything out and make a decision on my own. He did nothing to earn his commission in my opinion. To top it all off some documents were missed in the signing process so they tried to send them over to me a month after I bought the vehicle and then continued to pester me to get them back to them when I did not have access to a printer and scanner for a couple of days. I'm sorry I understand that mistakes happen and things get missed and I will do what I can but it's not my fault that you messed up. This dealership does have some of the best deals around for used vehicles but take this review as a warning, do not buy from Rob More
