I regret making my family and friends purchasing cars from these guys( we actually bought 4 cars) now i am making sure no one even in my community any one car from them. Mainly the guy called Rob Ortolano needs to learn the definition called empathy.

Caught the dealership in 3 separate lies during our
process. We were there for nearly 7 hours, which is normal. We were told our new monthly payment would not exceed the payment at make on the car we w
process. We were there for nearly 7 hours, which is normal. We were told our new monthly payment would not exceed the payment at make on the car we were trading in. That ended up being untrue and initially almost $70 more. When we declined that offer and the gentleman in the office was trying to "find a better deal" I found out they were offering us $3500 LESS than the bottom trade in value of our car. I then asked for a manager to get involved and the manager gave us $1000 more in trade in value. This brought our new monthly payment to within $10 of what we were currently paying, so st decided to proceed with signing the paperwork. I then noticed that they had the vehicle at were purchasing marked at $185,00. But that's not what what we were paying, we were paying $16,995. So I asked for a manager again and they had no excuse for this at all but anybody with a brain knows exactly what they were doing. Once they had that remedied and we had to resign all the CORRECT paperwork, our monthly payment was now down to under what we were currently paying. So, we were ecstatic. We had to catch them trying to swindle us on multiple occasions, but hey.... we stuck to our guns and got a legit deal at the end of the day.
Yall should be ashamed of yourself !
