Rob Y was my salesperson - listened to the size SUV I was looking for and grabbed a handful of keys for me to do test drives. Very helpful and not pushy. Really appreciate there was no pressure. Had to negotiate for the trade-in value I felt was fair...and of course a manager had to come over. Ultimately they gave me a fair deal and I love my new Taos. First time buying a Volkswagen. More

Rob, our salesperson, along with Dave and Melissa, made for a very pleasant car leasing experience, which can sometimes be stressful and frustrating. They were nice, and very informative. Not pushy at all. We had a great experience here and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. We had a great experience here and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

My husband and I purchased a NEW 2021 Volkswagen Atlas from Wyoming Valley Motors on Friday, March 19. We were satisfied with our experience and worked with the sales manager, Justin, from the initial veh from Wyoming Valley Motors on Friday, March 19. We were satisfied with our experience and worked with the sales manager, Justin, from the initial vehicle browsing stage through the verbal agreement of sale. However, customer service quickly deteriorated from there. When we went to pick up our new vehicle, we were told the sales manager was finishing up with another customer and would be with us shortly. In the meantime, another salesman, Rob, and the finance manager would help us through the remaining portions of the sale. Despite seeing our initial sales manager several times throughout the process, not once did he come over to greet us or thank us for our business. My husband and I found this to be poor business practice but were able to move past it. A few days post-sale, we were unable to locate the key for the security wheel locks that were an added feature for our vehicle. We reached out to the WVM dealership, who told us they would contact the original dealer from where the car was shipped. After taking the dust caps off of the lug nuts, we discovered that the vehicle did not have the security wheel locks that were purchased. We immediately reached out to WVM to arrange getting these, since they were an added charge. The salesman, Rob, stated he would reach out to the original dealership to see where they put them. The next day, were were told that the original dealer never got back to them, but that the sales manager, Justin, said they weren’t going to be able to “throw them in,” since we got such a good deal on the vehicle. This response was shocking, since it was an upgrade feature advertised on the window sticker. My husband and I reached out via phone call, voicemail, and text message (the new way to communicate with salesmen) to both Justin and Rob, but neither of them returned ANY of our communications after this point. It has now been three weeks— we have not received any returned correspondence, the wheel locks, nor a refund for a product we never received. The incredible irony in all of this is that when we were in the final negotiation stages with WVM and another dealership, the sales manager, Justin, used his dealership’s customer service and after purchase care as a pathos appeal to gain our business. Shame on us for not being more thorough in our pre-contract signing inspection— but shame on Wyoming Valley Motors for priding themselves on “taking care” of their customers by failing to rectify a situation with a simple solution. While ALL OF THIS is over an $85 dollar set of wheel locks, the principle is where there is fault. The poor customer service is astounding, and it’s clear they only care about making a sale. I wish I could give more stars on my review, but I don’t think I can “throw them in.” More
