I closed on a GMC Canyon Denali with Henry Brown on October 7. It was an internet sale and Henry Brown Buick/GMC couldn't figure out how to deliver it. After waiting over 2 weeks, I had to drive 400 mi October 7. It was an internet sale and Henry Brown Buick/GMC couldn't figure out how to deliver it. After waiting over 2 weeks, I had to drive 400 miles, miss a day out of the office, and meet a 3rd party to receive the vehicle with no chance to refuse delivery. Only one key fob and key was included. $150. No service had been done to the vehicle. I had to change the oil and top off all fluids. $89 The low tire signal was on. There was a wire in one of the tires. I had to pay to repair it myself. $26. The "Service 4WD" warning was on. I've had to take it to a GM certified shop two different times and be without a vehicle for two days. It still works sporadically. A third trip is scheduled. The vehicle was filthy on the inside with the added bonus of smelling like dog. The windows were covered with dog slobber. It cost me $300 to have it cleaned and still another day without a vehicle. I was sold an Auto Butler account for $399. There is no Auto Butler franchises in the state of Colorado. I was told there is a state of the art $799 aftermarket security system called IKON on the vehicle. Two weeks after purchase I got a link to a cheap $35 app. I was told that the windows were tinted, and door edging was installed for $499. They were not. The dealership and sales staff, all claiming to be managers, Rob Upchurch, Tim Tracy, and Dwayne Champion, have been totally unresponsive except to send me a gift card. Do not do business with this business. They cost me over 2 Grand out of pocket and 5 or 6 days without a vehicle or out of the office. More

Tyler has been very patient and did not pressure me which ensured that I came back to purchase this vehicle 2 months later. Once there he knew what I wanted and I bought the first GMC Terrain Denali. Sales person Sean didn't know the tow capacity accurately. He said the dealer add on tow package was the same as the factory tow package, other than the towing app. Fact is that the factory tow is accurately. He said the dealer add on tow package was the same as the factory tow package, other than the towing app. Fact is that the factory tow is rated at 7700 lbs, dealer installed hitch is rated at 3500 lb. My trailer is about 5000 lb. I ended up purchasing a vehicle that I couldn't use to tow my trailer. I notified Sean 3 hours after delivery that this truck does not work for me. He said he'd make it right, but couldn't. His manager Bryan also said he would make it right. Offered me an upsell to a 4WD vehicle that I didn't want. Called Rob, he also said he would make it right. Went in to "make it right", and HB GMC offered upsell of a truck with a difference of $10K (!) in the total price of the deal. I know that AZ law does not require them to take the vehicle back, but neither does it prevent them from doing the right thing. I asked for a return or swap in writing less than 24 hours after purchase. Buyer beware, especially if anyone says they are going to "make it right". More

Rob Upchurch, just called me to give me an update about processing the vehicle ownership to the DMV. He really didn’t have to do it, but he’s such an outstanding all-pro person and continued his great help processing the vehicle ownership to the DMV.
