I was born and raised here in Findlay, Ohio. In the last 40 years I have held positions in all aspects of the automotive industry. This would include titles such as sales manager, parts and even service. Most people know that I enjoy local history and I'm very active in the community when it comes to related programs and that such. I spent over 20 years as a board member with our local historical museum. I am also the administrator of "Love Findlay History" on facebook which literally has thousands of followers. I Found our salesperson, Robert, to be very informative, professional, and friendly. No pressure, just facts. Answered all of our questions and explained things in buyers terms. Very responsive to our needs and concerns, and helped us find a vehicle that met our needs and wants. Working through the process was made easier by the helpful staff. Everyone involved assisted us, made sure we understood everything, and never pressured us. Although they were very busy, we felt like we were the only customers on the lot. Unfortunately, I can't remember all of their names, but nothing negative at all to say about anyone involved in our transaction. More
